Drop in Soccer

Weekdays from 11:30am - 1:30pm

(At the SUBWAY® Soccer Centre location only)

Currently Tuesdays and Fridays are our most popular days with three or four different fields for all levels - so you're guaranteed a great game. Drop In is available on other weekdays with a minimum of 12 people in attendance - so bring some friends and start up another day.

Please Note:

Full payment must be made at the time you make your booking.

Cash payments must be made in person at the SUBWAY® Soccer Centre.

Staff at either facility will not accept payment at the time you have your booking.

Birthday Parties and Team Wind-ups:

1. Field Rentals: Please contact the Bookings Department to inquire about availability. Regular field rates do apply.

2. Food and Beverage: Please contact the Food and Beverage Department to inquire about birthday party menu options. With the exception of a cake, outside food and beverage is not permitted unless allowed by the Food and Beverage Department.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

• 55 Minute Rule: All practices are to wrap up 5 minutes before the end of their allotted time to ensure the next booking starts promptly. League officials, coaches, managers and players are NOT permitted on the field before the 5 minute wrap up time commences.
• Cancellation Policy
• For an individual rental of less than 3 hours: Notice of rental cancellation must be received and acknowledged by the SUBWAY® Soccer Centre Bookings Department no later than 72 hours prior to use or the charges in full will remain applied to the renter.
• For rental of multiple fields or a field booked for more than 3 hours: Notice of cancellation must be received and acknowledged by the SUBWAY® Soccer Centre Bookings Department no later than 1 week prior to use or the charges in full will remain applied to the renter.
• The SUBWAY® Soccer Centre or Calgary North East Sports Facility may cancel a rental permit at any time, if, in the opinion of the Centre, the conduct of those using the facility is not acceptable. Teams are responsible for the behavior of their fans and spectators at all times.
• Management reserves the right to postpone, re-schedule or cancel any activity on a temporary basis, in order to accommodate another activity as a result of unusual circumstances.
• Double Booking Policy: In the event of an apparent double booking, only the group with proof of payment shall be permitted on the field.
• An administration fee will be charged on all NSF cheques.

Facility Rules and Regulations

• The SUBWAY® Soccer Centre is a non-smoking facility.
• Pet Policy: The SUBWAY® Soccer Centre and Calgary North East Sports Facility DO NOT allow dogs, cats, pets or animals in the building, outdoor fields, or facility grounds. Violation of this policy will result in the person being asked to leave the property.
• No cleats or heels are permitted on the indoor fields.
• Sports Equipment is only to be used on the indoor or outdoor fields - not on the concourse areas adjacent to the fields.
• The SUBWAY® Soccer Centre and Calgary North East Sports Facility is not responsible for the loss or damage of the property of any person on the premises.
• Damage to the facility as the result of a rental or persons involved with a rental will be billed to the renter.

Injuries and Emergency Situations

SUBWAY® Soccer Centre is not responsible for any personal injury.

• Please report ALL injuries to the staff at the SUBWAY® Soccer Centre or Calgary North East Sports Facility so they may take the proper action and precautions.

Food and Beverage

a) Outside food and beverage is not allowed inside the facility.

b) Absolutely NO alcohol is allowed within the SUBWAY® Soccer Centre, Calgary North East Sports Facility, on the outdoor fields, or on the grounds of either facility. The only exception is for alcohol purchased in the Lounge (SUBWAY® Soccer Centre).
